Brae Chapman came to Big Valley Properties 5 years ago; in search of a position that would inspire her; challenge her; empower her and teach her; something she could really be a part of; that felt like family. She realized very quickly that she found what she was looking for when she joined the Big Valley Family as the Administrative Support to the Broker/Owner, Retta Treanor.
Her background in Administrative roles, Human Resources and Recruiting gave her a good foundation to perform the responsibilities of her position but she had no prior experience and very little knowledge of the Real Estate Industry; that quickly changed. With Retta as her mentor; fast forward to today and she has found her calling in Real Estate.
She has extensive training relating to service, time management, and communication; and her passion is in helping others. From an early age, she possessed a work ethic that set her apart from others; a firm believer that nothing in life is handed to you; you work, and work hard, for the things you want, and you earn them.
Trinity County has been her home for the past 23 years; where she resides with her husband, Garett Chapman and 3 children; Olive (10), Sawyer (3) and Asher (2) in Junction City, CA. Outside of the office, she is working towards her Real Estate license; enjoys summer days at the creek or river, camping, reading, being creative, working in her yard and garden with her husband and making memories and spending time with her kids and watching them grow.
